The name «GEODOMISI» comes from the combination of the Greek words «GEO», which means Earth, and «DOMISI», which means Construction. From this name was taken the registered title of the Firm. As the name symbolically and characteristically declares, the firm specializes in Soil Mechanics, Rock Mechanics, Anchored Piles Retaining Walls and Foundation Engineering, undertaking both consulting services for all stages of construction for a project: above, below and from the earth as well as the investigation and the localization of underground water reservoirs and Engineering Geology.

Reg. n. 003908), for executing studies and/or provision of services in the field of Geotechnical Engineering, Engineering Geology, Hydrogeology and Environment. «Geodomisi's» representative and managing director, Dr. C. Sachpazis, Geotechnical Engineer (Dipl., M.Sc. Eng. U.K., Ph.D. N.T.U.A.), has also been listed in the researchers of the Ministry of Defense to carry out Studies and Researches on Military Projects concerning «NATO - FORTIFICATION - TOP SECRET». The main objectives and activities of «GEODOMISI Ltd» are: Geotechnical Engineering (Soil & Rock Mechanics - Foundation Engineering – Slope Stability - Anchored Piles Retaining Wall Systems), Engineering Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Engineering, Water Resources Managements and Geophysical projects.
